 What is Online Coaching?

First of all online coaching is not training with me virtually via Zoom.

Online coaching starts with a conversation looking at your goals, your health and fitness status and your training history.

From that I will create a bespoke training plan just for you (App based). Videos of exercises can be viewed on the app.

You follow the training plan & check off your sessions so that I can keep track of your progress

Your plan may also include recovery, nutrition management, stress and sleep management and mental skills development if this is something we identified you want to work on

You always have access to me via the training app

I regularly feedback via the app during the week and once a week there will be a more in depth review

On a monthly (this can be more frequent) basis we will have a zoom or phone catch up discussing your progress, questions, concerns in more detail.

Online coaching is a cost effective way to work with a coach and is independent of your location.

Online coaching works well for my running clients and for those who already have some experience training in a gym

 The biggest problem I see for people buying Online Fitness Plans?

They do not get any support beyond a training plan and/or meal plan and they get a cookie cutter program same as the enxt person. that is not coaching!
