MEET YOUR COACH - Bea

 My Story

Having started my career as a sports chiropractor with a focus on rehabilitation (USA, Switzerland) since coming to the UK I have worked with a variety of clients as a Strength & Running Coach and Personal Trainer with a focus on improving health, strength & fitness

you will always receive a bespoke service based on my wealth of experience in the health care field with weightloss journeys & injury rehabilitation, in strength & endurance training & sport psychology

I have loved sports from an early age and have competed in hockey (floorball), football, marathon running, triathlons & duathlons and also more recently in powerlifting.

As a more mature athlete and coach I now focus a lot on clients in my own age group (40+) who are looking for ways to stay or get fit, remain healthy, who want to continue running painfree for a long time and women who are going through perimenopause and menopause.

Joy of movement for me is why I love sports. This is the basis of my work with my clients. Working with me is never a one size fits all approach. We will work together as a team to find what works for you and create new habits based around your life(style).

I love learning one of the reasons why I am currently working towards a Masters in Sports & Performance Psychology, my other qualifications are

  • Doctor of Chiropractic Degree (USA)

  • Certificate in Sports Massage (UK)

  • Personal Training Diploma (UK) and NASM (USA)

  • UKA Running Coach, 261Fearless Running Coach (Women specific), Running coach qualification via Bobby McGee (US Olympic Triathlon Team coach)

  • Certificate in Applied Sport Psychology

  • Certificate for Fitness professionals in Perimenopause/Menopause

I've trained for fun & i have competed in various sports - i now train for health both physical & mental - i have gained weight & lost it - i have been ironman fit & not so fit - i have been strong and then lost some of it- i have been there just like you
