 Hi, I’m beatrice

 I’ve had a lifelong passion for Sports & fitness, and I love helping people just like you to achieve their health, fitness & RUNNING goals.

A unique blend of formerly practicing as a Chiropractor & Sports Therapist, and now as a Strength Coach & Personal Trainer, and upskilling in Sports & Performance Psychology and a varied sporting background in football, hockey, endurance running & competitive dutahlon racing & powerlifting, now in her 40s herself Beatrice is the ideal person when it comes to supporting your health & fitness journey, returning from injuries and seeking better performance
