I first contacted Bea about starting personal training after suffering with back problems during lockdown. My goal was to get moving and get strong. I've always struggled to stick to gym programmes because I found them dull and repetitive. With Bea, sessions have been fun and engaging and she got me doing things I'd never considered doing before. I never saw myself as a weights person but now I love deadlifting!

In the last year I managed to sprain my ankle and break my toe. Bea adjusted our sessions to work on what I could still do. And once the injuries started to heal, she gradually built in movements to help me rehab back to full strength.

After working with Bea I'm the strongest I've ever been and she's given me so much more confidence in my own abilities.

I had worked with Bea online following a prior injury & she helped me get back running. I did the usual runner thing of falling out of the habit of continuing to strength train, so I was determined this time to work with her in person to get fit and strong again but also to keep it going. Working in person gave me the motivation I needed and ensured I was doing the exercises right. The sessions were challenging but I left feeling good afterwards, and each week I could see progress as the strength, flexibility and balance improved.
