During the time that I’ve been working with Beatrice I’ve PB’d at 5km, 10km & Marathon race distances (I haven’t run a half-marathon, I think I would probably PB in that too!) which I think is the best testament you can give to a running coach! I still have my A race to come, my first 50 mile ultra, but three weeks out, under Beatrice’s guidance, I feel confident that I am ready.

In addition to the run coaching Beatrice is a qualified Personal Trainer & I have been working with her on a strength & conditioning program designed to complement my running schedule & strengthen the key muscle groups that are used in running. I put a lot of my running success over the past few months down to the strengthening work; I am currently the strongest I’ve ever been. Under Beatrice’s guidance I ran less miles training for my most recent marathon than I have done previously but performed significantly better than I have done in the past.

For key races & specific training goals, I highly recommend Beatrice for both run coaching & PT! It’s been fantastic having a personalised service & training designed especially for me!
