I started working with Bea when I felt I was in a cycle of injuries - stopping and starting with my running. I got in contact because of Bea's track record with running, and it paid off. I built strength, have remained injury free and finished the year with PBs in all distances. I'm not much of a gym person, but Bea has also developed me a plan so I'm doing proper strength workouts on my own for the first time. What's more, Bea always feels like a partner in your goals even when we're not training together. Recommend
