I am not a natural athlete and got a personal trainer sort of by accident. I’ve been with Beatrice for 9 months and she has been quietly encouraging me towards lifting weights, getting stronger and has even got me running. Like many overweight, middle-aged people, I have a dodgy back and was worried that I’d hurt myself by overdoing the exercise. However, it is reassuring that Beatrice has a background in chiropractic medicine. I know my back is in good hands. She explains what exercises I have to do, why and what muscles are working.
In the past few months, to my surprise, I’ve enjoyed lifting weights and seeing my body change for the good. I have recommended Beatrice to other unfit middle aged people who need the sort of encouragement I have had from Beatrice.
