I’ve been training with Bea for just over a year now. I first started with her because, whilst I’ve been running for a number of years, I wanted to improve on my strength, technique and speed. Bea wrote me a great training plan for a half marathon and I’ve been doing a strength training session with her once a week ever since. The results have been great - I’ve considerably improved my running technique, endurance and speed...but most importantly I’ve remained injury free for the entire time and completely fallen in love with running again! I’d highly recommend Bea (and have done to my friends) - she’s committed, fun and professional...always wanting to know how I’m progressing with my training!
